Confusion
Hello Boards, I am making this thread to hopefully gain some information about my account. You see, I was amongst the 0.006% of players negative enough to receive a permanent ban. I'm no saint and this game as a lot of you may know can cause a lot of frustration. With that being said - there is still 0 reason to stoop down to whatever level of childishness you may be experiencing in your game because IT DOES NOT MATTER. The people grieving you WILL continue to do so no matter what you say to them. It will not change them or save the game from being lost. The ONLY thing it does is give self-gratification and end up with you getting in trouble.

Once again, I am no saint. No matter what happened in-game I should not have called someone a monkey, loser and look them up to try and shun them. All that was self-gratified rage that has 0 effect on anything. Normally I would accept the fate of the matter, but I have to ask... Is what I said worthy of the punishment at hand?
I had went ahead and asked Riot Support and they've deemed my logs negative enough to warrant the punishment. But I could not understand how? I had asked when the last time I received a punishment was (2 week ban according to the escalation system) and they ignored my request so I checked my match history to find out that I had received it 2 months before this punishment. 2 months time had passed and I had regained honor ( THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO ACT NEGATIVE IN CHAT) and completely forgotten about the 2 week suspension. After asking again when the last time I received an infraction was, a new Support member replied that in those 2 months, I did not play a sufficient amount of games to de-escalate my account and then closed the ticket. I checked my match history again and saw that I had played 122 games over the course of 2 months and had received honor leading me to believe I had done a decent job at changing (STILL NO EXCUSE TO ACT NEGATIVE).
I'm just looking for clarity/outside perspective. Also I believe there needs to be some change done to the way Support handles questions about punishments. It really sucks being told that they can't share certain information that could be extremely useful towards reforming players.
