Like in the Title, there has been a lot of Chinese players lately. Is there some sort of event that caused this that I don't know of? I honestly don't care that there are a lot of them, but it is really bs when they insult you in Chinese and no one else can tell and tribunal prob won't do crap about it cuz its in Chinese and they can't read it themselves.

You always could type in what they say in to Google Translate and see for yourself. They may not even be talking about you at all.
Usually if they want to insult you, they will type English . Their English may not good but I don't think they don't know some simple insulting English words. If they type a lot with pinyin, they probably just communicate.
