I've been passing through here for 6 years and 5 accounts, and I've never gotten the point of this section of the board. It's just toxic people complaining about getting punished for their toxicity.
What's the point?
For the ones who are willing to reflect, to help people understand what they did wrong.
That's one point of view. But it's more than that. It's for people trying to understand what they did wrong and where. Learn something that they may have overlooked. Some people come here to express their ideas, some people come here to express their feelings or experience in the game. Trying to comprehend what they have experienced.
It's like what's the point of a book or a forum in general. Simply to discuss a topic, experiences and express their thoughts. But this topic, this section is a sensitive topic. Most people come here expecting the worst or learn from it. But it doesn't always have to be that way. To me, it's a place to share knowledge, ideas, and opinion. Just like any other section.

I mean, reading a public forum is opt-in. You don't have to read it if you don't like it.
It's the place specialists and riot's white knights can put a stop to any sort of dissent through blasting OP with how wrong they are and downvotes.
For real though it's the place where players look for a smidge of compassion due to context from their punishment only to realize that riot (and this community) could care less. You do have your occasional person actually looking for feedback but then they get blasted in a holier then thou way by the actives here and any chance of them reforming quickly goes down.
We literally have people that stopped playing this game years ago that are now "specialists"
