if the score is like 3-30 and you dont have a single turret and theyre in your base and you arent surrendering, youre trolling your team

no. unless you are doing it on purpose, if you just want to play the champion for along time, its perfectly fine.
Sometimes you just gotta get that 30-3 Akali before surrendering.
Seriously though: some games can be far out of reach with no discernable way to win. But you queue up knowing the game can last anywhere from 15 mins to an hour, or however long it takes for a Nexus to explode.
I couldn't care less if the game is guaranteed loss is someone goes open x lane and stands at nexus flaming or afking spamming surrender votes I'm going to try drag the game on as long as possible because giving up when team doesn't want to ruins our experience so damn right I'll ruin your time

Either your argument requires significantly more nuance to become even remotely logically consistent, or you are actually condemning people who surrender games. In fact, you are bashing people who surrender games more than those who refuse to surrender, since the latter you apparently only mind in "horrible games".
this is just sad af, and most of the time, those feeders are the ones to click no in the surrender vote, not sure if they are dumb or just optimistic.
