Some people dont have the time to dedicate to practicing this game to climb ranked so they only have time to play normal games. They may only have time to play 1 normal game a day. If you act like a troller in their only game for the day you have costed them their first win of the day bonus and their enjoyment of the game for that day.

try practice mode for a few min then move onto bots then normals, thats whats recommended or do what i do and yolo it with lolwiz, it shows what to build and optimal skill order based on websites like op.gg that way you can focus on what matters and thats the actual game

If they do it's probably because this is a thing everyone experiences from time to time, it's a thing that happens in every online game, and it's not a huge problem.
It's a post about something so minor it's not worth really discussing. That said, I don't think you're gonna get downvoted alot, i'm just trying to rationalize why such a thing might happen.
