Otherwise, your summoners never change. As far as I can tell, it only changes in your ranked games.
Plus, you have a pretty good winrate on 
(op.gg), but you don't seem to be a Talon/mid player.
At the very least, it's suspicious at times.
Submit a ticket. The board has no influence nor power that'd impact your ban.

Quick rise to a higher rank then suddenly stops playing ranked (not like you quit the game, you purposely avoided it for whatever reason) is also suspicious on its own. the ranking system is designed like a casino house, u win some u lose some and the wheel keeps turning.
You should submit a ticket if you have not already. No one on boards can help you.
