There should be reversible perma bans.

I think it's a fair assessment to make that if someone has had their account perma banned, can prove they own their old/new account, and can prove that they have a changed player (regardless of what it was they were banned for) they should be able to have their accounts status reverted.

Okay, but you gotta display 10 years of consistent playing documented through match histories, with no punishments throughout starting the day after your permaban. Sound good?

Too complicated, too exploitable (buying accounts/grinding it off), and it lessens the severity of a ban (toxicity through the roof).

People who are mentally capable of reform dont get permbanned. If someone comes back 5 years later as a better, stabler person, a fresh start is probably for the best.

You already have 3 chances to change.... If you cant why should Riot give you 4?

I've seen similar topics before. Unfortunately, OP. I am sorry but Riot is probably not going to let it happen. Just thinking about the number of (10 years worth?) banned accounts clogging up their support system for another chance. [sg-miss-fortune]

I support this. How long would they have to prove it for though? And after proven, will the players remain positive or instantly go back to toxicity since they think they're off the hook?
