Why do you feel the need to say that out loud? You can just mute and that would be the end of it. There are no rules requiring you to announce your ability to mute a player. The only motive of such announcement is to agitate and annoy. You probably do this quite a bit, I suggest you control your emotions, read a book or two on EQ and if you are serious about climbing then aspire to be a better person may help.

Why not just full mute them after they show any rudeness? Also if you do actually mute someone, just dont talk. Like 80% of the time people dont say anything useful in chat.

This is the point where i'd have fullmuted all and written this one off as one of those games.

You can save yourself if you can manage to catch yourself tilting early. I don't think you'd have been punished if you stopped there.

But then you kept the dialogue rolling and the rest is history

You called for Xayah to be reported, which is considered harassment. Personally, I think Riot should temporarily stop enforcing that rule and better inform players that the rule exists in the first place, but you did break it. I assume you had a 25-game chat restriction before this? Because there's nothing in that chat log that should skip chat restrictions straight to a ban.
