Is riot or League Fixing the ranked this season or punishment system?

I Have been playing on this account for over 3 years now and I literally play for 8 hours a day kinda work from home and do play this game all day. Can someone tell me what are they are going to do about the rage,? afks in provisional?,afks in ranked?, or posin players of INt feed it makes the game no longer fun when u want to play in ranked. it's like 'rollingdice' every match ive seen a lane get blown out in 10 mins and the enemy is in our base in 15 then the posin starts bad! or the match making system ratio on duo partner queuing with 3 other randoms that throw~~~~ games? the lvl when duoing with your partner or duo friend is so wrong..one person can be in silver 2 team with bronze to help him or her? and whats happens LOL Pairs you with 3 other people to the 'inbetween' skill level but really does not but matches with trolls or people who gt butthurt about the game...

They are adding a sort of Team Builder for ranked next season. Players will chose their top two preferred lanes and get one of those. They are making it so that 3 players on each team get 1 ban each instead of 1 player on each team getting 3 bans each. The whole thing is designed to reduce the number of ranked games with trolls in it by dramatically increasing the time it takes to get matched up and complete a champ select, thereby reducing the overall number of games played increasing communication/cooperation and catering to those players who would have otherwise trolled for not getting their favorite position.
