Why is it not possible to report a club/premades?

I've had multiple games from premades from the same club/tag, which I will not name, where they were either trolling, intentionally feeding, or harassing/flaming their teammates not in their own premade/club. I don't want to necessarily be label them "one of them bad, then they're all bad" but the truth is, it wasn't just one bad apple, it was several because they always premade and it occurred more than once. These people are all from the same club, and since you have to be friends to be in the club, it's more than possible they all think/do the same things. I'm not against clubs (I'm in one and have a club tag), but this PARTICULAR club is particularly troublesome.
