I was perma-banned for being "toxic" but reviewing the chat log that LoL support team are providing doesn't seem to add up. I do not swear, yes I was toxic but a lot worse has been said. I believe the system was to harsh. I was only given 1 14 day ban and it ended 2 weeks ago. I understand the ban but I just cant believe it was over something this little.

14-day ban is the last warning, at which point you should stop using any negativity as you will get banned for even slight misbehavior as you've received your final warning already.

I'm sorry man but I think you can't flame everyone for free. All the actions have consequences. It's true that you may have teams that could tilt every player but just chill, it's a game after all (and look that I have a streak of 12 defeats on ranked). Maybe you could try something sending a ticket but I've never heard about a player who was unbanned from permaban unless it was a mistake (also you will lose your time and the time of the support team because the response will be an absolutely no). The only thing you could do now it's to create another account and try to be more positive. But if you'll not change your attitude towards trolls, feeders and flamers, that account will be permaban too.

I believe the best solution is the chat be fixed.not free talking,but should be useful in all aspects.

That's ironic. Bragging that they will be hardstuck but you will be hardstuck too on that account because it's banned.
