They get plenty of assists, they just look like a standard bad player not an intentional feeder.
This guy is just bad. I get team mates like this all the time. It's not uncommon, nor should they be punished for it.
I see this same thing over and over and over and over again. I'm well aware that a) i'm in Bronze, b) i'm not perfect by a LONG ways, and c) there's a lot of ways to improve my game. But I have an app on my phone that helps me with it, and I'm getting better. People like this aren't trying, and won't have to because the system is absolutely awful at weeding out players like this.
