RIOT NEEDS TO ACTUALLY REVIEW REPORTS

Hey guys, I just played a few games and here's what happened. I wasn't saying a whole lot, just communicating with my team. Some guy on my team who was at the time 0 2 0 started flaming everyone on the team while standing under his tower, and calling everyone toxic. I pointed out that he wasn't hitting his skillshots that he was actually the one being toxic, and he got more mad and kept yelling. We lose, whatever. I go to the next game. Again, someone on my team starts flaming and yelling in all chat, insulting me and calling me r%%%%%ed and things of the sort. What do I do? I literally copy what hes saying. Like when he called me an idiot, i called him an idiot. When he called me bad, I called him bad. Saying the same things he was saying. After the game, I got reported and put on a 14 day ban. If I was saying what he said, how am I the only one getting punished? From what I've seen of Riots report system, it really seems like it's automated and they don't even care. I've even posted things about this on forums in the past and what happened? I GOT FLAMED ON THE FORUMS. There is a serious issues with the way things are handled on this game and I would like to see something done about it. BUT IM NOT GOING TO GET MY HOPES UP BECAUSE NOTHING EVER HAPPENS.

Even if that was personally reviewed carefully by a Rioter, you would still get punished. You arent allowed to break the rules just because someone else broke them first. And yeah, forum flame eventually gets punished, but it takes a few days sometimes. Ive had my main account permabanned on the forums after 56 post removals. Thats a lot of removals lol, so yeah, they do moderate here too.

Note: I dont just come in flaming people for no reason. Its always someone insulting that I respond to in an equally insulting way. Im not gonna complain that they insulted me first so i shouldnt be punished... come on. Thats such a bad arguement.

They often times will if you submit a Support Ticket. There are too many reports for it to be humanly possibly to review them all. How many humans would it take to review a million reports a day? Too many, and it would cost way too much! So the answer is, use Support Tickets.

Although if I had my way, no one would get banned for typing words in chat. Not only could the system just censor the trigger words instead of banning them, but the player also has control of whether or not you want to see them type anymore in the form of a mute button. There is no way to mute a player from inting/afk'ing though. Perhaps if Riot put more resources into that instead of worrying about naughty words in chat, they could actually do something about the afk's. Which would nullify the argument that more people would int if they just did something about the inters :)
