I'm siding with your jungler. He actually made the right call. Grouping as the cure all for all life's problems is the stupidest thing that exists in the minds of the player base. If he is behind, he should be splitting and applying pressure away from his team so it will split up the enemy team and prevent them from grouping without paying a price. And he gets to gain gold and levels as a side benefit.
Sorry to break it to you, but you guys would have probably lost the game if he actually listened to you guys earlier.
Also, what arrogance makes you think anyone should listen to you? If you were smurfing, then you might have an argument but if you were playing at your elo, your team mates are your equals. No one should listen to you over anyone else on that team. If you knew something he didn't, you would be higher ranked. I really hate this attitude that players have where they think everyone should listen to them. I'd have mute you if I were him having to play with a nagging pest like you. And if I were drunk, I'd have probably run it down mid just to make you lose LP and piss you off.
Stop nagging your team mates and try to work with whatever they think is the best way to win. Everyone has their own vision of how to win the game.
