Someone in the game just play so fking bad and when I report them Riot even don't give them punishment. So why I call them trash you will get me banned? I spent several thousand money on this game and I really like it. When I was playing good and my teammates feed all the time how can I not abuse them? Please give me the feedback of this. If you want to ban my account, please also ban the other player who kill my game experience account.

Because telling the truth doesn't stop it from breaking TOS.
Because you are not allowed to harass your teammates. Doesn't matter if they are playing good. playing bad, or flat out INTing and trolling.
Playing poorly is not punishable. Harassing someone about it on the other hand is punishable. If you don't have anything to say that is helpful to the team, then don't type anything at all. "Stop feeding" is not helpful by the way.
