About player behavior in Champion Select

My original post was deleted. I got the following response from Riot that I want to address:

We understand that you want to get word out about this player and their in-game behaviors but this is not the correct avenue to get attention on them. Please continue to use our in-game reporting system to put these players through our behavioral systems.

Dear Riot,

Two Things:

1. I couldn't give two farts in sulfurous hell about that player or getting the "word" out about him. That was not the point of my post.

2. THERE IS NO IN-GAME REPORTING SYSTEM for reporting players who grief during champion select when it doesn't lead to a complete match. That was the point of my post.
