PSA: Don't Report People For Making You Remake
99.99% of the time when your teammade DC's in loading screen, their internet cut out and there's no point in reporting them.

This psa is moot. They will get ding by LeaveBuster regardless of reports. Whether someone report him or not does not make LeaveBuster punishes him any harder or lesser.
people shouldnt get reported for remakes at all
nobody loses anything except the guy who caused the remake, so its already punished by the system
I'll leave giving the benefit of the doubt to Riot, thank you - I rather hate having to go through loading screens and Champ Select processes only to have to start all over after three minutes for someone having not connected.
While I understand the leniency of punishments towards AFK/disconnected players is because of those cases of internet failures, I'm not going to withhold my reports just for that odd chance. Moreover, I should put it like this:
People who AFK frequently deserve the punishment they get, and for those who don't do it on purpose, the punishment is fairly modest as long as they can quickly correct the issue - I understand this much. But: Regardless of reason, if we have to /remake, I will report the person who AFK'ed/failed to connect that caused it.
Because, again; I want to play 20-30 minutes of League of Legends, not 6 minutes of getting into a match, 3 minutes of League, then 6 more minutes of getting into a match. That is the point in reporting people who DC and cause a remake.
My PC has been freezing lately if I have Google chrome open while my client is open. Finally got leaverbustered for the first time in 2 years. I completely understand it. I hate when people dodge after going through an entire champ select phase and loading screen. I report them. So I'm not mad at all that I got leaverbustered, and I fully expect to be reported, and believe I should be, when my PC freezes. I just wasted everyone's time.
I got reported from 5 premade in enemy team because i bought wrong item in jungle so I was like let's remake then in the lobby these people just cuss on me so hard was laughing though but was it worth a report? [slayer-jinx-unamused]
Why not report them ? If it's a once in awhile deal, my reporting them isn't going to result in any additional punishments. If it is frequent to the point that reporting them AFK results in punishment then they probably deserved my report.
