why is ranked so hard? i recently had a chat restriction so i get that bad teams is a punishment but is there really no way to deal with them

The skill of your teammates has no coherence to your penalty.

Riot does not give bad teammates as a punishment, no matter how severe the punishment is.

You just sometimes get bad teammates. It happens.
