Low priority queue after one game where I could not connect due to the League of Legends client

Alright, so I've been playing this game for a while now and this is the first time this has happened, and I'm very upset. I got into queue for ranked, champion select ends and the timer is at 0 (zero) but nothings happening. I decide to exit the client and re-enter league so I can get into my game. At this point everything goes south, the client doesn't open so I load up task manager to close it, and reopen it again. The same thing happens. By the time I managed to get into the client my team voted a remake already and I got low priority queue. I would live with this if I AFK often or whatnot, but I don't, rather, I can't remember the last time I didn't connect to a game or AFK'd in one. I don't know what to do so I'm posting here on the boards hoping a rioter will respond and lift the ban, since I'm a college student I have just enough time to squeeze 1 game of league daily, but now when I have to wait 20 minutes for that I don't think I'll ever be able to shake this off. Please help, my summoner name is Bossarij on EUNE so you can look me up and see I never afk.

You would not have been put in a low-priority queue for one case of bad internet or a bugsplat. Take it from someone who has had spotty connections at times in the past.

This isn’t your first offense I suspect.
