I really don't understand why i am now chat restricted for 10 games, going from honor ten almost never using chat other than to call plays and the occasional flame (I wont lie) but after like never talking i call someone who banned my champ and inted/ trolled the entire match, i called them toxic noobs and I GOT BANNED

It's not, nowhere close.

Racist slurs are classified as zero-tolerance language. Zero-tolerance words net an immediate 14-day suspension, one step off a permaban.

going from honor ten

There is no Honor 10. Honor goes from 0-5.

but after like never talking i call someone who banned my champ and inted/ trolled the entire match, i called them toxic noobs and I GOT BANNED

I sincerely doubt you were given a punishment for just saying "noob." Please share your unedited chat logs if you wish to discuss a punishment.

It isn't, racial slurs are instant 14 day bans.

Lol, its not. Racial slurs are an instant 14 day ban, not a 10 game chat restrict. In my opinion, they should be on the same level. A lot of people disagree with that, for obvious reasons. But if the point of the rules is to deter the derailing of games and ruining of people's experiences, then the words used to do so, are subjectively offensive. There should be no favor or subjectivity. ANY insults used should be treated the same as long as they shift focus from the game, to the chat box. I just dont want petty bickering and arguing in the middle of games. I could care less about people being offended.
