Logged in and account randomly banned? what?

Hey guys, im really confused because I logged in and it says my account is banned for use of third party software. I don't even use a piece of software besides an app for TFT on my phone for recipes. Im truly confused and this is absolutely a mistake. I have only played TFT, minus one game, in probably almost 2 months. I have never even had a suspension for anything. Im a rule abiding player and wouldn't ever use anything to cheat or mess with the game. You can check my record on it, obviously. I absolutely and honestly don't know what this is about. Ive played league since Season 2 or 3, without a single issue and 100% agree that cheating isn't acceptable. I simply didn't engage in it or modify files etc. Im looking at the description below about what types of software is unacceptable and can say without an ounce of doubt that I haven't used anything like that or even know what bots or scripts etc etc even are for LoL. Again....my last probably 40 hours of games were in TFT, even.

What the heck is this about?! Has anyone else seen this happen? IS there a way to get a human to look at this? Ticket #41692518

Tickets take time, since theres alot of people who play League, and player support receives many tickets each day. Just be patient and await a response, thats the best possible solution that you could get from anyone here. It's supports jurisdiction and noone here can help you other than telling you to make a ticket and wait. Responses can sometimes take a day or two.

Your ticket would have a human looking into it. When they reply, ask them to check for unauthorized entry.

Yeah seen it before, and I've seen two people get them overturned. Just start trying to contact support to get it sorted out. We can't help you here. Dont bump your ticket, when they close it, make another one. One that I saw, the person had to go through like 3 or 4 communications with support until they found the right person to figure it out.

I also got banned for third party software on an alt account of mine.
