Is it possible to get from honour 1 to honour 2 by the end of the season?

Long story short, slipped up a game and said things like "Queue up quickly so I don't have to play with you next game" and "Toxic noob" to my team mates, got dropped an honour level. If Riot wants to hand out chat restrictions for that kind of thing then fine it's their game, and they're prepared for the possibility that punishing people is going to lose them players since they want to keep the players that those players would otherwise be driving away, fair point, so I'm not interested in refuting that, instead I just want to know if there's enough time to get back to honour 2, because I've spent a lot of time and effort getting my account up, and not to spit the dummy or anything but this is seriously killing my motivation to keep at the game.
