Rammus Trolling and noone wants to report because memes
, if riot memeber can review the game and check the rammus's action to see what needs to be done. Noone would report him on the other team because they found what he did funny.

Naming people is against the rules you should remove his nickname. Otherwise just reporting him in game or sending a support ticket about it should resolve the issue :) ( even if they don't wanna report him, your report is enough they don't need to report as long as you do, 1report = 9reports )

Naming and shaming is not allowed here.
you only need 1 report to get the game reviewed. anyone else also reporting is unnecessary. if you're super worried about it, submit a support ticket and include as much information as you can about the match.

I would recommend opening up a Support Ticket with Riot and ask them to review the game. Also for further information, it only takes 1 report to get the game checked.
Firstly, you can't report other Summoners on the Boards. We have a no-name-and-shame rule here. Secondly, as long as you reported Rammus, the game will be reviewed. There's no need to ask other Summoners to report. One report is all that is necessary; there are no report weights.

With that said, reporting other players/naming and shaming is against the rules of the boards here. It will accomplish nothing other than having your post removed.
