Does riot not give out warnings if you were toxic, intentionally feeding/trolling but instead just straight up punishes you?

If you received a chat restriction, then the chat restriction is your warning. If you received an immediate 14-day ban, then the system must have identified either hate speech or intentional feeding in your match history. Both of those are considered escalated offenses, and you do not receive a warning for them.
chat restrictions are the warnings But if you use 0 tolerance words, you'll instantly get a 14 day ban
Why would you need warnings for those? If you were intentionally feeding or trolling, what are you going to do with the warning? You know what you did and that it's wrong Same with in chat toxicity
What do you mean by "warnings"? Because Riot considers Chat Restrictions to be the warnings
