Is that even normal?

It was a single non-ranked game where all lanes lost 1v1 and 2v2 and i was the only one winning 1v1 while getting camped , they started to flame me and all i did was replying back, they asked the enemy team to report me (i think my team was a 4 premade) making up some stuff.

Pls don't be like: "Oh you flamed other games but the system only shows one" because is not true.

How a single normal game is worth 14 days worth of ban for "flaming"?

If you used hate speech yes, including but not limited to - racial or homophobic slurs or encouragements of self-harm.

Is this a smurf/secondary account?

Post chat logs and we can tell you. If you really think it was in error, you can go make a support ticket. Usually Hate speech or similar levels of toxicity can skip levels. So if you have any of that in your chat that's why, and why I'd recommend posting your chat logs. If it was made in error Support will either reverse it, or lower the punishment. If not made in error, then you just have to accept it, and know that ANY negativity will result in a perma ban. (that includes "wow our bot lane sucks", or passive aggressive insults). If it isn't positive, don't type it.

The only way to receive a 14-day suspension on a first chat offense is by using hate speech (racism, homophobia, "kys", etc.)

Not sure if Imgur is glitching or what, but that photo is super blurry for me and doesn't show the entire chat log. If you could just copy and paste the chat logs into your post or into a separate comment, it'll be much easier to discuss the suspension.

An easy way to verify if the suspension was due to hate speech is by scanning for words that are censored with % symbols. So if you see something like "Shut up %%%", that is classified as hate speech by the system.

Getting a punishment only 15 games after you purchased the account. That's not a record, but it's impressive enough.

So the fact that you are saying a single normal game says you should be banned. You are being negative about the fact that this is a normal game and you should be able to do what ever you want. There was a time when I had never played a ranked game and really didn't want to. I really hated when people would talk about it's just norms. That comment in it's self is toxic. Just because someone doesn't play ranked doesn't mean you should talk down to them. I pretty much play only ranked now but someone making those kind of statements when I didn't used to make me extremely angry. So please if you are playing a normal game respect the rule of normal games. If you didn't call mid first then go support or jungle or what ever. And don't be negative about playing a normal game. If you are having a bad game say "I am sorry. I am having a bad game." Or maybe if you are learning someone new you could say "I am learning someone new instead of "Who cares it's just norms." and maybe follow up with an apology. Flaming is flaming and if you get reported and banned the only question you should be asking is did I actually flame that game. The only thing people see when they are deciding if you did is the chat from the game. When I vote yes punish this behavior or no don't it is only about did you do it. Even if it is responding to stupid stuff they said to you. I would hope that you reported them too so I can vote to punish them too. Best response to toxic player is silence then report. A prolonged argument requires 2 or more and almost always results in toxic behavior. Just don't be part of it. And at least 10 people who have played until they have a level 30 account read the chat log then vote to punish or not. These are actual people that play the game and were not part of that game. The only thing they can see is the chat log with the name of the champion saying it. They can't even see the summoner name. It only takes one report to be voted on. It doesn't matter if it is 1 or 9 reports.
