14 day suspension?????

Wow, suspended for 14 days. I get two trolls in my game one refuses to play as a team because I chose Teemo and the other insults me during champion selection then continues during the game and goes AFK. Yet because I play teemo this person can just announce report teemo and both teams do so......

With the amount of money I have given this company in SUPPORT I would hope you governed your games better. I have had chat restriction because I use profanity in a game that has a Language filter . Here is a copy of the log that I am suppose to understand...... NO, I adamantly do NOT agree with this and will withhold any money from this company in the future if this type of customer service continues...

I reiterate, Jungler starts out negative because of a champ I choose to play. ADC whom I was supporting Fed the lane then went AFK.

I would appreciate it if this post was NOT censored from the public since you clearly don't want your fan base to see how you punish players who get stuck trolls on your servers.....

The presence of a language filter should not be considered permission to be toxic in chat, which was the real problem here.

Naw, Not picking on you! Just wouldn't want a game with this chat! Please realize that you don't like what is being said to you Now on the boards...so, Next time take it easy in the game :)

Honestly, if you want to keep your account you have to change your way of "typing"..Mute and move on..I understand it is redundant but you can't even be slightly rude now-in-game. This is just good advice :)

If someone is acting up then just mute and report them rather than make the situation worse than it already is. Even if they're gameplay trolling contributing to the negative environment will only get you in trouble as well.

My Verdict: Punish.

If you want people to perform better then name calling will do exactly the opposite of that.

My Verdict: Punish.

Conclusion:

When people start trolling or performing poorly you tend to verbally abuse and harass them for the entire game.

My Advice:

  • If you want people to perform better then name calling will do exactly the opposite of that. Build people up instead of breaking them down.
  • Report calling is considered harassment (1 report is as good as 9 are) so just mute and report those who start acting up.
  • Don't go repeating hate speech others say as that will only get you in trouble as well.

My overall/final verdict: Punish.

Its your right to stand up for yourself.

Its not your right to abuse someone elses online service to do it in whatever toxic manner you like, and its not your right to annoy others within the same online service with it.

Look at what you have said, sorry to point out that you are the very person mostly using the LINE between being nice or a dick,,,and you are being such and should take a long look at what you just said.
