There's so much wrong with this image I don't even know where to begin...but I'll do my best. First of all, he has heal and TP on Janna, second he has grasp of the undying on a mage oriented champion, third he has 0 items other than a trinket, and finally 0-26 is in itself worthy of a ban. You claim this guy is a Mundo 1 trick and does terrible on every other champion, so does being bad at every other champion correlate to not being able to buy items? "oh well he's just really bad at the game in general" Ok then how come he's a perennial silver player and is also level 341? Also, I've said it before and I'll say it again if you cant maintain an at least 60% w/r on your main DITCH. THAT. MAIN. "oh but he doesn't play ranked that much he doesn't really care."

0-15 is some hardcore feeding, yes but at least he bought items and took runes that worked on the champ...I guess.
So you have no reasonable excuse to back up that he didn't deserve the ban. I have supplied more than enough evidence to a point where if he didn't get banned. These images could prove it via ticket.
Also, I find it funny how you say when someone says "he can submit a ticket." and then you respond with "well what if he doesn't know how."

Also, you've been backing up this guy against several people and it leads me to believe that it's actually just you defending yourself. Because unless this guy liked bribed you or something? Why would you defend him? You don't show up at all in his match history so you're not a friend he plays with.
