If I have a power outage and my team does not remake, whats the point of trying to reconnect if you know that even if you win youll lose xp?

I reconnected after 10 mins due to an outage and we ended up winning, I was the same level as the enemy jungler 5 mins after I reconnected so why should I reconnect and help my team mates if Im losing LP even if I win?

One of the team mates even thanked me for coming back..

Because as soon as anyone gets a free pass for leaving a game or going AFK, that behavior is now encouraged because there is no consequence. Only you know if you disconnected on purpose or whether it was a power outage. We don't know. Your team doesn't know. Riot doesn't know.

The reasons for leaving a game don't matter - it's ultimately unfair to the 9 other people in the game when someone leaves.
