Update block player
Update blocked players so we can add them to the list after matches, some may forget to add someone and may end up loading into another game with said person
thus forcing you to mute them all over again

Let's see...By spending all of 15 seconds looking in the client (mostly because I expected it to be under the friends tab for some reason), I found the block menu in the options. You can add any summoner name to that to block them.
Can't remember it for some reason? Well then, despite it clearly not being something block-worthy if you couldn't even remember their summoner name, you can look at match history or under "recently played with" in the friends tab.
Literally no update is needed, you just needed to actually look at what was there.
blocking someone doesn't prevent you from being matched with or against that person
