Permabanned and i dont know why?!

Riot Games Player Support

^^^^ was the email I received, I dont actually know what I did! I just played 3 games after not playing for months, and i swear i didnt do anything toxic (not that i remember, i dont know... i dont really think i even talked much in those matches) and just in general im not even sure how i violated the terms of use. I have no 3rd party software, im not toxic, and i couldnt hack even if i wanted to T_____T

Will someone at least tell me why?

side note: so this isnt really a permaban but a 84 year ban? It would actually be funny if 84 years from now riot and lol were still around and i logged in again... but id rather not wait that long T_T I dont have the time...
