How does one be positive toward a team of feeding players, or players who don't focus on any objectives and just kills? That 1 player who you put faith towards helping lift the team up, most of the time jungle, and then they do stupid acts like 1v5 and feed after getting fed. I don't understand how one is suppose to even get out of silver/bronze with such player behavior. I really hope next season, the reworked system for ranked helps fix this.

Step 0: Ban Yasuo Step 1: Turn off All chat and mute cocky/aggressive/toxic players as they come up. Step 2: Don't make your pick something that relies on your team to function. Sorry Ivern mains. Step 3: Focus on winning what you directly have control over. If you play top, learn to control the lane, take scuttlecrabs, get a numerical advantage, then don't die. Step 4: Broaden you impact on the game. Gank mid. Gank Bot. Help the jungler take a risky invade. Step 5: Accept that there is only so much you can do and don't sweat the small losses. Step 6: Win or lose, say good game and leave. if you want to see your stats, do so in match history. Just take post-game out of the equation entirely.

You can be upset. No one is saying you have to feel like it's all sunshine and rainbows.

But you have to keep that out of game. You can yell out in the air if you need someway to vent out the frustration, or any other number of different things. Just don't put it into the game in any form, through verbal or gameplay toxicity.

Stream, and yell at them over twitch.

Remove all faith in your team. Put all that faith into yourself. Hard carry your team to victory. Mute can help focus.

AKA my team is trash, but I'm awesome so I will carry them to victory anyways.

Where did this idea that you have to be captain positive to not get banned start?

Just. Dont. Say. Anything. It'd not hard.

I treat both teams as an environment, tools(even if faulty) to work with, not as humans. I also treat the game as a constant learning experience, not as LP or MMR grind, which means my games are not over unless my nexus gets destroyed.

I am not perfect and there are things provoking me into short, but pointless passive-aggressive remarks, which might get me chat restricted one day: -KS talks -Blaming the others for your deaths or lost lane -picking Yasuo

the way i like to think of it is that everyon in this current match is a monkey except for me, I am the only one i can rely on, if i lose its 1000000% my fault, no question about it.

Edit: except those few times when i do bad and we somehow win, then i question my existence and the miracle that has just occured

You dont have to be positive, you just have to keep your mouth shut.

Report them after the game for feeding, get a screenshot of them, and then use a stress toy outside rather than venting out your frustrations on your teammates. Chances are, if they're feeding, they're also being toxic in other ways like being verbally abusive. Screenshot that if they're being verbally abusive and send in a ticket.

League is known as the community of toxic players, much more so than PUBG, CoD, or even Minecraft. Riot has given us the tools and other players have given suggestions, so we should utilize those tools and the advice to our advantage.

You can't in a healthy manner - RIot in NA just gives bad players a safe space to hide if they don't talk at all - and you can't say anything because they'll ban you for hurting their feelings. Just saying if you don't wan't your feelings hurt then don't play like an idiot and listen to the person on your team who actually knows what the fuck they're doing

just yell in real life and don't distract the already challenged minds of your teammates with insults or complex explainations. Use pings. focus on what you yourself can do, not on what your mates might have done.

You don't have to be positive with assholes and intentional feeders and whatnot. There are many nuances between being positive to them and becoming an asshole as well. You could stay neutral, for instance.
