If you already had prior chat restrictions then I could see how this might get a 14-day ban since the CRs didn't seem to work. it's definitely not the worst I've seen but the majority of what you said here is pretty useless and unnecessarily antagonistic, such as calling for reports and calling people useless. In the future if you can't communicate with others without resorting to needless insults and name calling then don't respond at all.

The conversation is incomplete (as always, since there's no inclusion of other players). But for future, here's what you did wrong. Even the smallest of details included.

Threats of reporting. Don't do that. Riot doesn't like when you use their system to threaten people or call for reports. Instead, just do it. Or if you're in real talky mood, inform then that what they're doing is against the rules, thus eligible for punishment.
Calling Kayn useless. Kinda unecessary, since the game ended. But not really that... serious.

Whatr did you get reported for though? I don't see anything that serious, unless part of the conversation is missing.

these words the system found inflammatory: muted, reported, report im not sure, but maybe the system thinks these words are toxic: chinese, useless, troll simply shorten if u have no other choice but to use inflammatory words

It wasnt too bad... the reported enjoy your 14 days ban kinda breaks the rules. But then you called him useless too. So definitely a violation of the rules, but wouldnt be escalated, so I'm assuming youve had a chat restrict or two already. You can submit a support ticket to attempt to appeal it, but dont get your hopes up, as you did violate the rules you agreed to follow.

Be thankful it's not a permanent ban. Be on your best behavior when you return, and I recommend not saying anything in game for months to let you work your way out of the danger zone, since your next offense is your removal.

You can reach out to Riot Support, but if you've had 2 chat restrictions before this, they will not be changing the 14 day ban, as you were a jerk to people in the game. Doesn't matter how bad they are, you don't need to say it.

Just so you are aware, after this 14 day ban, ANY negative comment towards another player (even "u suck" or "ur bad") will result in a perma ban, meaning you will NEVER get your account back. /mute all, turn off teamchat and all chat and just play, don't talk, don't spam ? pings. If you can't do that, you will lose your account.
