Well I dont know whether you got banned for legitimate reasons or not so I wont speak for your situation but Im refraining from spending any more money on this game because Riot suspended my account and refuses to look into the situation despite me sending tickets with proof

Looks to me like you probably got reported by someone other than your premade for saying things like, "I f***ing pinged you" and overall being a pretty rude teammate. Then when the bot scanned the chat logs it found you repeatedly saying the things you did and passed judgement accordingly.
I think Riot will be okay. But let me know if it turns out I'm wrong and you seriously manage to put them in financial trouble.
