Am I supposed to care?

Just wondering if I'm actually supposed to care about being permabanned when I know it's the end penalty? After having my main account banned for never speaking in-game, but rather just post game chat like 9 months ago, I find myself intentionally being toxic.

The account I spent money on is gone so the stress of being nice to not lose it is also gone too. I find myself getting more enjoyment absolutely decimating brand new players and just wanted to know....when you take away my incentive to be a better player by banning a main account, what is the reason to improve instead of just make new accounts and see the instant feedback report box pop up every 4 games for following around my jungler with smite as nunu support.

Serious question - wheres the incentive? Without spending money on the account the loss is non-existant as I'd be playing the game regardless.

Well there's multiple incentives to improve, such as ranked rewards (if you play ranked), access to Hextech Crafting and additional Honor system rewards as well as proving to yourself and others that you can behave in a mature and respectful manner when interacting with others and actually keep your account rather than act like an immature little brat when things don't go your way and risk losing your account because of it. Aside from that though if these weren't enough incentives for you to improve your behavior on your main account despite being warned multiple times to either shape up or ship out then I don't know what you're expecting honestly aside from a free pass on your poor behavior (which you won't get by the way).

Besides, making new accounts for the sole purpose of smashing newer players is pointless since eventually your MMR will match you with players of a similar skill level, thereby thwarting your efforts to only smash newer players.

Also, I don't know why you thought that you wouldn't be punished for acting up in post-game chat when both it and pre-game chat have always been tracked and have resulted in punishments for those who think they can avoid consequences by only acting up in them but not in-game.

Bottom line: if you're unwilling to clean up your act then just find another game to play. Otherwise you're just gonna be sent back to square one again and again and again.

Permanent ban is Riot saying, "we don't want you to play this game, but can't actually stop you".

Riot is stubborn. They know they can't stop you, so they attempt to annoy you until you leave.

Riot probably doesn't care if you care or not. But you obviously do care if you are willing to waste your time trying to make new players miserable. Playing just to play is vastly more rewarding and fulfilling. If you didn't care you'd just play normally on a new account or move on and play a new game. This obsession with purchasing accounts just to stubbornly persist in making fellow players unhappy is unhealthy, maybe you should seek some help, licensed therapists are great at helping us process what is affecting us and find ways to resolve the problems. Take it from someone who used to go to one of them many years ago.
