Got 14 day account suspension ? my last punishment was 4 months ago im pretty sure .

Ive read some forums on the internet that after 3 months of time without any punishments , the punishments go back with 1 steap? example: i had a 25 game chat restriction then after 3 months clean if i would have gotten a suspension it would be the 10 games chat restriction. I dont know what happened why i got the 14 day ban , its been almost 4 months since i got my last suspension. Can anybody please explain it to me?
