Low Priority Queue

I have recently had a problem with League and it is causing me to not be able to join to my games and punishing me with 20 minute low priority queues.

Yesterday I finished my 5 low priority queue games and was so relieved to not have to wait 20 minutes each time I queue up and want to play a game, the reason I was placed in the low priority queue in the first place is because my modem was pulled out from the power while I was in game, which when it happened I immediately fixed and rejoined my game as soon as possible, my awaiting teammates were happy I rejoined them and when I apologized to them for disconnecting, they simply replied "It happens" and "It's fine we can win this", nonetheless I am still placed in a 20 minute queue for my next 5 games.

After finishing the low priority queue games, I played another. Then while in the load-screen for the game, I stop loading at 40% and everyone else had stopped loading where they were at as well. 5 minutes go by and I wonder if the game will ever start, so I quit my client and re-open it to see if maybe something had bugged or glitched, when I hit reconnect to start loading the game again, it stopped me at 0% loading. I tried waiting for it to load for about 10 minutes this time, until I quit my client again and try to reconnect for it to show me no one can load the game, they were all also stuck at 0%. I'm not sure if it is only me who wasn't able to join the game, but it was showing no one had loaded, so eventually after waiting and trying to get it to work for about 30 minutes, I decided to quit the League client, I had other things to do and didn't have time to try another game.

So later that day, I jump on to have a game and what do you know, I am in a low priority queue for my next 5 games. I don't know about everyone else, but League isn't the only thing I fit into my daily schedule... I really enjoy playing but I have other things to do, like studying, housework, my girlfriend and my job. I don't have time to sit around waiting 20 minutes before each game, if I did I would not be sharing my troubles, I would cope with waiting 20 minutes each game.

So at this point I am extremely frustrated I have to wait 20 minutes for each game, for my next 5 games, once again. But I decided to just go with it instead of voicing my problems, the next day when I had finally finished those 5 games, the same thing happened to me, no players were loading and I couldn't believe it... Basically the same thing happened, no one continued to load for a long time, I tried everything to connect or get it to work, but once again the result was being put in a low priority queue for another 5 games. I was even able to message friends who were online and receive messages also while waiting for my game to load, so now I am confused, if my game won't load, why can I still message friends?

I don't feel responsible for the cause of this issue and I don't know how to fix it, I have tried google searching this problem but I haven't found anything quite the same as my problem. Is it my issue that the game won't load or is it League's server? I'm not sure, but if there is something I am able to do to stop this I would, but please, stop punishing me for this, it's annoying enough that I have this problem, but every single time it happens I get put into a low priority queue for 5 games made to wait 20 minutes before I can play, which I just do not have the time for. When in the first place, my record of being placed in low priority queues started because my modem was unplugged during a game, which I got back to and my team didn't even report me for it, they understood.

So I ask, Is there anything I can do to fix this in-game load issue that has happened to me twice? Is there any way I can have my low priority queue removed?

I'm not out to bother anyone, I just want to play League and enjoy it without all this trouble. (I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums)
