I don't understand my perma ban, can i please get assistance with this from a riot employee ?

Both of the games that I have been reported in, I said nothing toxic. We had malphite afk the first time and tell us we deserved to lose and he would log into his other account to continue to play. I then told my team "We don't need him anyway we can win the 4v5" second game rengar raged at the team the entire game and I replied with "stop with the passive aggressive shit" he was tilting our mid and top lane huge. I asked both teams to mute the troll player. I refused to argue with the troll player in both games. I am actually so confused over my ban please help!

First game: Calling for reports, saying you're going to report someone, telling someone to shut up, and just being rude in general to someone.

Second game: Again calling for reports, arguing with your Malphite, calling Yi useless was most likely also grabbed for this.

You were told when you had your 14 day ban that the next punishment would be a perma. You were rude in both games shown, calling for reports, and arguing. All of which are punishable. Thus your perma is deserved and will not be removed.

All it takes is one report to flag the system, you don't need to spend any time in your game asking for others to report someone. I also suggest, if you make a new account, to just do you what you told your Shen to do and just mute whoever is being toxic.

Mute, report, move on. If they're inting then you do your best to ignore them. Sitting there arguing or being passive aggressive wont help anything.

I called the enemy team yi useless in my own team chat not even "all" chat. I try hard to not tilt or rage at players after receiving my two week suspension which was for quoting nasus in all chat for asking a fellow member of my team to kill himself. I tried to get that log reformed but there were too many signs of my own toxic behavior I guess... I just personally feel this ban is unfair and would love for a riot employee to take a look at the reason I was perma banned. thanks for all the great times on league but had this not be fixed I will be off the rift boys! best of luck in all games you play and please take the time to help me out if you can!

If you want assistance from a Rioter then submit a support ticket. The boards is were you get assistance from random players.

And I really don't recommend the boards because there are some aggressive ass people here

I don't see how anyone can even remotely be aggressive over my post. I have no toxic behavior shown in the chat logs that were sent to me to "perma ban" my account. That actually makes no sense at all, if anyone can tag a riot employee or something here it would be appreciated. Amumu
