Griefers, intentional trolls/feeders and Inters in a Ranked Games

Ok i think we can all agree here when i say that a intentional feeders and trolls in ranked are the reason many quit the game ,i used to believe that riot would do something about it, for many years i waited and waited as many others did but NOTHING CHANGED.....I kept finding trolls kept finding inters in my games and even when i report them they dont seem to get punished.I think riot is banning only people who do that constantly and thats my problem its like robbing a bank but not getting arrested cause you only did it once .Thats completely irrational ! If you just chanced your punishments to more strict like permabanning you just for running it down mid once then none in their right minds who wants his/hers account would ever do that . People would enjoy the game more or hate it less ...it depends.... and the quality of the gameplay would actually improve cause you will have 10 people TRYING to win to make it worth their effort and TIME cause LoL is a time-consuming game and its unexceptable after all this time to spend 20-40 mins into a game just to get someone feeding for a lost buff or a stolen kill but supp. Finally if i could talk about this for hours but i know most of you will get bored just by looking at alot fo text so if you agree with me pls leave a comment cause THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE RIOT CARE IS BY SHOWING THAT ALOT OF US CARE CAUSE THE CARE ABOUT AS A CROUD AND NOT US AS INTIVISUALS . (sry for any grammar mistakes i dont speak english that often so my english suck )
