Remakes. For the devs.

There is no reason as to why being the "leaver" in a remake should count as a leave on your account, lose you 20ish LP, and the worst part is that its not even a player reporting you that causes it to count against your account. Its the leaverbuster system. This makes no sense, because how many remakes are cause because of a connection issue? I got the answer, just about all of them. I went to the support team with this, and they were no help, because they said they don't know the specifics. The only thing they could really tell me is that a remake is supposed to count as a dodge, but that's not even true. A dodge costs 3 LP, and a 6 minute block on queue for first offense. Being the leaver in a remake, counts as a leave. Because you lose 20 LP and get marked by Leaverbuster. Almost all remakes are because of connection issues. I haven't had someone who just leaves a game because they get tilted in I don't know how long. Especially not in the first 3 minutes of gameplay. I literally don't think there is a way that such a large punishment can be justified for something that is out of the player's hand most of the time. The connection issues might not even be because of them. It might be something wrong on your end.

It's pretty much impossible to distinguish unintentional loss of connection from unplugging your ethernet cable. DC's are annoying, but you have to deal with them, if you want to play rankeds.
