Opinions on Riot's Handling of LoL Community

So I was suspended by the Instant Feedback System for 14 days and when I say this you may think I'm rash, but I feel like its total bullshit. Its kind of embarrassing to post my chat and I'm sure its much too confusing to understand, but my point is that if you read through it, does it really sound like I am making any statements that are really that offensive or have crossed the line? I mean, punishing me for this makes Riot really fit into the memes of punishing people for saying anything that is even remotely offensive to anyone. In case you were wondering, the chat about Muslims were to two smurfs of the names Muslim Slicer and Muslim Killer. I said the N-word twice. And for the curses using the F-word, that is passed around all the time in so many friend groups, its honestly like part of the culture of this generation. Is it THAT big of a deal that I actually get suspended for 14 days, and just for this! I don't think these boards are reviewed that much, but I thought I might as well try to put my two cents and reach to anyone who has been suspended for something so damn insignificant. Why can't Riot focus on bettering the community in other ways? Part of the reason I talk like this, is cause this game can be boring as fuck sometimes. Sometimes, there is no competitive spirit whatsoever in my games, even in diamond 4 elo. Plus I kinda get mad and it really helps me release my anger through blaming something that I know wasn't at fault. But my statements aren't really derogatory towards any summoners in my game so there is no harm done. Anyways.

Here's what I think Riot should begin implementing:

• Add LP Gains/Loss based on personal performance
• Incentives to be a good player; If a player is repeatedly honored from various players, the player should be granted some reward, like a mystery gift or just something more than a ribbon
• Riot should begin a system using video footage of feeders and trolls. ---- In the post-game screen, players should be given a video file that will be able to attach to a report to show the Tribunal system if a summoner feeds or trolls. These videos can be reviewed by the player and the player may find times in which the player was intentionally feeding, trolling or afking. If this system is added to the Tribunal, I believe it will quickly eliminate these behaviors.

That's all I have for now. Just these three things though could easily gradually better our community. It will also eliminate players which may happen to be the causation of the "toxic" community of league of legends.
