is there any way to get your account back after permaban or is it just straight-up permaban because I just got a chat ban then I said no keywords then came to my account to find myself permabanned is this how it works or is something going on
permanent - lasting or intended to last or remain unchanged indefinitely.
The only way to be instantly permanently banned is for things such as account sharing/selling, using third party programs (bots, scripts, etc), or fraudulent purchases.

Yeah i mean if you skipped the 14 day ban after a chat restrict, it may have been that you used language they consider "hate speech" and falls under their zero tolerance umbrella of phrases. Try a support ticket to ask why it was escalated to a permaban.

Your best bet is to do what everyone else is telling you; contact support. Give it time because the weekend is coming up so they may not get back to you right away, either.
