Before you downloaded this game, you agreed to never be toxic. Warning you that if you do disregard that agreement, you'll be punished. Meaning that Riot simply wants you to play the game and not respond negatively. Regardless of how many warnings you've gotten, you prefer just to simply do it anyway. Because everyone else is being toxic, so "why not?"
Expecting Riot will just say "Ay, this guy is absolutely ignoring our warnings. Oh wells, let him play anyway." Right?
But instead, you got punished for going against that agreement. Now you're upset because you got caught going against the agreement so many times that you ended up getting permanently banned. So now you're blaming Riot's bot for your own ignorance?

You were told exactly what was going to happen when you got your 14 day ban. You chose to do it anyway and are angry at the result?
You had at least 3 prior warnings telling you to clean up your act or else this would happen. You ignored them and this happened. While it's unfortunate you ultimately brought this on yourself.
Also. inting is most definitely not allowed as it gets an immediate 14-day ban as the first punishment when caught, but other people behaving poorly doesn't give you a free pass to do the same. Also, money spent doesn't matter, as the rules apply to everyone regardless of wallet size. If you truly valued your account then you should've thought of that before you got permabanned.
