a lot of people dont want to flame and feel bad after it but literally cant help themselves. please consider making a /mute all outside of game that cant be toggled in game. thank you.

riot doesnt want flamers to reform, they want them to get banned so they can patsy them and "make an example" because they can't do jack shit about trolls
