Death threats racism suicide encouragment (add in irl problems I missed to say) I believe it should Allow such ban.

Just being a flat out jerk in game should only be and yes ONLY be chat restricted.

Feeding trolling (while passive aggressive doing it too someone has to review those cases) stealing cs tattletaling ally wards/location using champ skills to grief on purpose (kench W). (Combination of these and anything I forgot) should be punishable.

Counterargument; people shouldn't be let to be flat-out jerks indefinitely. Riot has to draw a line somewhere, and they shouldn't keep giving the same punishment over and over ad infinitum to someone who clearly doesn't want to do anything but be a jerk.

Yes, they should be chat restricted. They should be chat restricted again if they continue to be jerks after the first punishment. But after that? They need a harsher punishment to reinforce that they need to quit acting out. And failing that, they need to be kicked out.

Riot has already tried exponentially scaling chat restrictions and permanent chat bans, they both resulted in players turning to grief other areas of the game through intentional feeding or AFKing.

You don't get instantly perma banned for words. Before perma ban you get 3 warnings. 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction and a 14 day ban (0 tolerance words skip the chat restrictions) If you still refuse to reform, you'll get perma banned And it's reasonable You're even told on the 14 day ban reform card that the next offense leads to a permanent ban

If someone refuses to reform after multiple warnings, and just continue to break the rules, why shouldn't they be perma banned? At that point riot doesn't want you to play their game anymore because you keep being toxic

should be punishable

True griefing is, has always been, and forever shall be punishable.

Feeding

Intentional feeding is griefing and therefore punishable. Being bad at the game is not.

trolling

Who defines whatever this vague shitty term means?

stealing cs

This is not griefing and will never be punishable because it doesn't exist. Nobody owns minions, monsters, dragons, barons, scuttles, turrets, or poros.

tattletaling ally wards/location using champ skills to grief on purpose

This is all griefing and therefore punishable.

Just being a flat out jerk in game should only be and yes ONLY be chat restricted.

Nah, these people should get the hell out of the game if they can't behave. The rest of us don't want to deal with flamewars and people having tantrums because the support took some CS.

At some point Riot has to stop it. The toxicisity alone turns people away from the game.

Agreed.

So i haven't been toxic. I am not a toxic guy. I have had one account banned though. The reason was maybe once a month i had a bad day and someone was being toxic to me or teammates, so i tell them to shut up. Does it sound like i deserve a permanent ban to you? Does at the very LEAST once a month sound like consistently being toxic to you? People are just trying to keep up their pretty little fantasy that the system works yet trash everything else league has or does. The guys who were being toxic instead of me? Yeah no weren't banned or even punished. Fair system when i say a few shut ups and they're all caps yelling, swearing, etc. Now.. chat restrictions going infinite has been tried and it caused other areas of griefing. That is actually a good thing, because it seperates the "my personality makes me try to defend my team and self from a bully" vs the "i hate everyone I'm gonna ruin everything for everyone." So you can then ban them and not ban the ones who are actually good people. We are humans playing a COMPETITIVE game. You don't go to a kids soccer game and watch someone get banned from soccer because they said another kid is trash. It's a competitive game some slight trashtalk is fine, some outward leadership responses though a bit rude can be okay. Racism, tellin people to kill themselves, stuff like that's not okay. But some of us actually have feelings and a personality that fights back and doesn't let people put others down. So don't you DARE tell people "it's your fault you feel the need to be a princess and defend yourself" because some people's brain react that way in situations. We are human, the system is way too punishing. It needs to be more chill. Like gosh dang.. okay rant is over now.. feel free to argue with me below so long as you stay friendly ;)

Well as you should know, the minority does matter. Your opinion is in the minority. So just know, nothing will change.

Leaving it at that.
