Permaban while others are flaming me

Ok well today I’m officially quitting league because I’ve realized riot games really doesn’t care about its players and it’s ban system makes no sense. Today I was perma banned for toxicity and I won’t lie, I was being toxic but the players on my team and the enemy’s were aswell and so participating in the toxicity the people around me started got me in trouble. Lemme give you the context. In a couple games prior to my final one I was playing and everything was fine and I was doing kind of bad (0/3) but it was whatever until my top laner tells me to go eat curry because you can tell I’m Indian from my user name, then calls me the n word in chat and says it’s fine chase he didn’t use hard er and also tells me to kill myself. Now this whole match I kept my mouth shut knowing that if I flamed I’d be banned but after the game I reported him and nothing seemed to happen no message about him getting banned and in fact he was in my 2nd game too. After playing 2 matches with this guy I was understandly tilted but went onto another match. This match I had a bot lane feeding and I had enough so I called the kid out and said mean thing nothing with racism or anything just saying things like he’s bad and boom insta banned. I’ve played league for 6 years and spent hundreds on it and because i was tilted and flamed one game I was banned but some guy shouting racist insults at me walks away fine. I have had previous chat bans and stuff ngl but in my recent games I’ve been encouraging my team and leading to victory and then I tilt one last time and boom banned. So I’ve concluded that riot doesn’t care about players, have no forgiveness, and literally just want money.

You didn't quit of your own volition. You can no longer play that account...

The instant feedback message is not reliable. You don't always get the message nor is it truly "instant". If you know you will be banned if you flame and you know you are tilted, why do you keep playing?

But this particular match where you flamed FIRST wasn't started by anyone else yes? The bot lane was not the one who call you things from your previous match. Sometimes people win lane. Sometimes people lose lane. In order for a lane to be won, the opposing laner must lose. That is a fact of the game. Because some other guy was toxic to you in previous game, it's should be okay for you to be toxic to some other people? In that last game, no one got you into trouble but your own self. Accept the consequences of your actions and move on with your life.

I challenge you to re-read these sentences again. You have had previous chat bans and a 14-day ban before. THOSE are your forgiveness. How many forgiveness do you expect from Rito? If this is say a 28-day ban, would you claim the punishment after this one also have no forgiveness? When does this forgiveness supposed to end? Rito cares about their players. That's why they removed YOU who flamed a bot lane who lost their lane who probably didn't do you any wrong. The fact you continued to play while tilted is not their (bot lane or Rito) fault.

You're not guaranteed to get an Instant Feedback Report if someone gets punished; it's an infrequent reminder that your reports matter, not a 1:1, surefire "you'll always know whether or not someone was punished" kind of deal. You don't know whether or not the racist you dealt with got punished, and, while it sucks that you had to deal with that, it doesn't excuse you from being toxic yourself.

You knew you were on thin ice. You should've either kept your composure and not flamed, or realized you were tilted and stopped playing for the time being.

What part doesn't make sense? That toxicity, regardless of other people's behavior, will result in a punishment? That you're not allowed to flame people who aren't doing well? That a few games where you were a positive force don't change the fact that you're on your last strike before a permaban?

What makes no sense to me is that you were apparently aware enough of your behavioral standing, so-to-speak, that you withheld comments from a person who bombarded you with racism and encouragements of self-harm, but you both continued playing despite tilt, and somehow went off on someone for feeding/doing poorly - despite being fully aware that your next punishment would be a permaban.

So I’ve concluded that riot doesn’t care about players, have no forgiveness, and literally just want money.

So, because you couldn't show enough restraint to avoid flaming, Riot is greedy and only wants money?

I don't follow.

It is true Riot wants only your money ... I realized that and i mute all and i don't care win or loose so i went to other mobas ;) I've spend almost 200 $ on skins etc in this game which is a game you can buy in any store for 20 $.. See the difference? and if you get banned you are loosing whatever money you've spend on that game.. Get Smart bro..
