Is it possible to get another chance to reform?

I was perma banned because of this one chat log, and I want to know your opinions. I just came off of a loss streak and my support decided to afk 2 minutes in, so that's why I might seem a bit angry. I said occasional curse words here and there but nothing severe towards my teammates. Teemo said she was coming but she never came back until 15 minutes so I kept asking him where she was and getting frustrated with him. Meanwhile, Kayn was flaming me and telling me to stop complaining so that tilted me a little too. I know it's still bad to have this chat log, but if I knew I would be permanently banned from just one game then I would have held back on the typing and just moved on. I'm hoping there's a chance of being able to prove myself again like receiving a 14 day / chat restriction instead of a straight permanent ban from just one game, because even though it's not a good log, it wasn't extremely toxic.

Did you have a prior 14-day ban? If so, when was it? Normally permanent bans are a result of escalations from previous punishments, so this was unlikely to be a straight permanent ban from one game with no history.

Get a dictionary look up the word permanent and you will have your answer, you had a 14-day ban which was your warning shot if you did not reform after that then another 14-day ban would have had no effect either. Sorry to say that you have lost that account but you can easily start over again and maybe losing the first account will reform you.

Asking won't be enough for you. It isn't common for an account to get unbanned from a permanent ban, but it has happened. You've received other restrictions prior to the ban such as chat restrictions, a two week suspension, and a final permanent ban, so Riot has enough logs of your account to keep it in the state it's currently in. What you could do is make a new account, refrain from your toxic ways, then after a few months use that account to show that you are truly reformed. Not saying this will work, it might even be the worst idea known to man, but it's worth a shot if you really valued your account. I wish you luck. :]

Damn.. just the fact that you had a 14 day ban before means you got a permaban. That was your second chance dude. Sucks. This ain't that bad, but it's a matter of consistency and a clear intention of not even trying to change your ways after a 14 day ban. They don't want you in their community anymore.

So is there really never any time when a perma banned player gets reverted to a 14 day or something? When I say afk I was talking about lulu saying she was afk and asking teemo when she was coming back, but the system that bans people with certain words maybe thought I was telling them to afk.
