The remake system

I don't know whether or not people are getting penalized for the whole remake thing that was recently created or not, but it seems to me that since it's installment the system has created more problems than it "solves" For one, it's disgusting how long it takes to get into a game. There's been times I've waited 10+ minutes, then reset because I thought there was problems with the servers. But anyways, after waiting an egregious amount of time in order to get into a game, 7/10 matches are fucking remakes. It's like "oh, my champ got banned, but I don't want to wait 5 minutes so I'm not gonna leave champ select, I'll just leave in game." And ever since they put this system into place the afks and disconnects have increased, exponentially. It's fucking frusturating to the point where I've considered just stopping playing all together - Here's todays example. Wait time to FINALLY get a game started: 1 hour 3 minutes, guess what? The game lasted 3 minutes because it was a remake. The player base is starting to slip away, surely. Fix this atrocious problem!
