I got flamed in a match by two teammates. Constantly called bad, and constantly getting trash-talked. I tried to defend myself in the most non toxic way possible. Please help Riot realize that their PC Culture automated ban system is un-just. I was just replying to their chat, and they left. Riot Games is clearly promoting toxic behavior by allowing an automated system that will ban anyone with no context. Permabans should be handed out by humans. Not a Robot.

Take note, this is not some average ban. This is a PERMA ban. Keep that in mind. A perma ban over defending myself the first game, and being slightly mean the second. Riot is a joke of a company who likes to steal money.

It also seems you were more typing than playing. And as for the chat well calling sombody a %%%%%% is more than just replying. Also if sombody is toxic or is anoying mute that person and move on. Riot customer service quite literally just pointed out to this that the worst thing that was bad, was he was "taunting" because he was saying he had a 85% win rate, doing what he did.
