Im not sure whats going on but it seems that people are being banned for the "3rd party program" issue. I was just sitting on my client after I got back from class and I randomly got banned. I have contacted support, but it seems that wont help. If anyone know what I can do to get help with this that would be great. As a league player who has been playing the game for a VERY VERY long time I would like to try to get my account back.
It's worth pointing out that many players in the past ban wave were banned because they let another person play on their account (usually some sort of booster) who then used third party programs. Any chance it could be something like that? Check your match history for games you don't remember (it could be a few months back even).
HOLY SHIT ! SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY AT 9 AM. U DO NOTHING WRONG. LOG IN, RANDOMLY FIND "account permanently banned", check email to see yourself being accused of third party program. Ive sent in a support ticket as well. But I have yet to receive a reply !
this is so frustrating because ik for a fact that i never downloaded any programs besides LoL, osu, fraps, cccleaner.
My 2001 acer aspire office laptop cant even handle more than that ! otherwise it'll crash or freeze! ffs it cant even handle microsoft word ! So i have to use google docs
Same here, I haven't played for a few months and just checked my mail and it also said I'm banned. Dunno why, I haven't used anything.
These threads have popped up before, and a Rioter usually steps in and says that the OP let someone else use their account (a big no-no in the first place) and that the other person used those third party programs.
did you account share with someone? between April and May last year, you switched your flash keys from D to F. Perhaps they used a 3rd party program.
I have the same problem, i don't think riot is doing something against it, will be a ban till 9001 boyz see ya then in da rift! xD
That's what u get for using Mozilla Firefox while playing u fuckin scrub hacker. Ban deserved.

Either you cheated or shared your account with someone who did.
