Ladies and gentlemen, its been an honor. Looks like Riot can admit fault, but I can ALMOST GUARANTEE you the sudden change did not come from inside the behavior department unless we hear otherwise, and there's still a battle to be fought here.

Then again, next season looks a lot more reasonable, with Honor 1 eligible with reduced split point progression. Wonder what EOS 2019 will bring.
